On top of that, we've got a free business account that comes with a special feature: these customers get access to our web app created with recipients and assistants in mind. Using web app, they can easily hail a ride for colleagues or guests: no need for an app on their side as they get a text message about ride info once the driver is on his or her way to pick them up!
With Liftago, the most common payment option are either cash or payment card. Here's what do if the payment with such card doesn't go through.
The most common scenario is a problem with 'MO/TO limit' settings – that means payments via card without the CVV code verification (the 3 numbers on the back of your card you're asked to provide e.g. when confirming a payment after an online purchase). If the payment doesn't go through, please check your MO/TO limit settings in your internet banking or contact your bank directly.
Other issues might be that your card is either expired, the bank registers the card as lost or there's insufficient funds at your account. If the bank declines the payment, unfortunately we can't tell which problem occured – please contact your bank directly.
You have to apply the promo before the ride. To do so, go to app's menu, select Enter promo code and then again at the bottom of the screen. The promo is compatible with rides paid via a card saved in the app only.
During the first 24 hours after the rides, there's an option to call the driver directly via the app. Go to app's menu, select Help > Lost item > Call last driver. The call is provided through an anonymized phone gate, your contact info is therefore safe.
You can also contact us via e-mail (please always include a phone number/e-mail that's part of the Liftago user account the ride was ordered from):
- as a reply to the after ride e-mail
- via the app's menu: select Help > Lost item
- directly at [email protected].
That's easy: during the ride, select 'Share ride's info' at the bottom of the screen. You can send this link to anyone you want to follow your arrival. Great way of letting others know you're on your way!
With Liftago, the drivers set the price themselves: once you choose to hail a ride, you'll see offers from driver around with you. This way, you can see the price, estimated time of arrival, car model and driver's rating from previous users before you get in the car – with Liftago, you're in control of how you get around.

Your colleague or guest doesn't need to have the Liftago app - once the driver is on the way, we will send them an SMS with the estimated arrival time and a link for tracking the vehicle's arrival including the car model, its color, and license plate number. Just a few clicks, and you don't have to worry about anything else!
As a business customer, once you hail a ride for your colleague or guest, we'll notify them via a text message with ride info, including estimated time of arrival and a link to live-track driver's movement: this way the customer always knows where to look for the driver.
Courier services come as a part of free business account from Liftago. You only pay once you send a package: the prices are not set in stone. When demanding a courier via the app, you choose from multiple offers from surrounding couriers based on price, estimated time of arrival and even previous user's rating. The price starts at 169 CZK.
We'll send the recipient a text message with info about the package, including an estimated time of arrival (down to the exact minute) and link to live-track its movement on the map.
Sure! Once you want to send a package, a courier will arrive to pick it up within 5 minutes in bigger cities, 10 in smaller ones and will be on his or her way immediately afterwards. An important document or forgotten charger can therefore be on the other side of the city within minutes. The Liftago delivery network is big enough that you don't have to plan in hours or days in advance: once you need a courier, open the app and you're a few clicks away!

Yes, all packages sent via Liftago are insured up to 9999 CZK against damage & loss by default. If you need to send more valuable packages often, do not hesitate to contact us!

You can add your employees in the users section under the mobile app. By adding them, you authorize users to use Liftago services on your company's account. For a larger number of employees, you can use bulk employee management. You will find a template in the respective section. You can assign cost centers to individual users for better cost organization or set a monthly limit to restrict maximum spending.
If you want to grant access to the web application to other individuals, in the users section, choose the web app tab and select the admin or booker role.
On the main page of the web app or in the payments and billing section. In the table, you have the option to download a summary for each month.
To change your password when logging in to your business account, click the forgot password button.
You can manage administrators in the users section under the web app tab. You can add any number of administrators.
In the account details section, enter the email to billing email for invoices and summaries section. Separate multiple email addresses with a comma. We send overviews in encrypted emails for higher personal data protection. If the email recipient needs access to overviews, make sure they have the password, available in the payments and billing section, or add them as an administrator among the users in the web app.

Remove yourself from the users for the web app in your current company and ask the administrator in the new company to add you as an administrator.

In the mobile application and web application, you can order multiple cars simultaneously as individual orders.
Liftago is a VAT payer, so it invoices with VAT. The amount is shown without VAT in the application for corporate customers as well as for private customers. VAT is added to the monthly invoice or to each payment.
You need to update your payment card in the business administration. The amount for unpaid payments will be automatically deducted in the following days.
You can change between invoicing and card payment in the payments and billing section.

Yes, you can travel in Liftago with a child car seat. You can find more information about the Kids service here.
After entering the route, choose a later pickuptime and select from the available time slots up to one month in advance. Pre-orders are available in Prague and Brno, if the distance between the route's starting points is greater than 4 km. If you don't see the pre-order option for a specific route, we cannot guarantee availability in your location.

Within the web application, at the destination address, you can add stops that can be used for short stops or passenger drop-offs during the ride.
If you want to transport more people to the same location, use the option to add pickups and provide contact information for each pickup. We inform all passengers about the order and the progress of the ride via SMS.
At the moment, we do not provide vehicle towing, but we are working on it.
In the delivery section, choose the round trip mode. Provide pickup information, which will also serve as the return address. Also, provide destination information from which the driver will return to the pickup location.

We'll shake hands on the price together before launch. Our parcel delivery comes with a lot of cost-saving: the packages don't travel through depot, but directly to their destination. Due to absence of extra handling, you don't have to spend time & money on packaging & labeling, as we minimalize the change of damage. The prices come down to the location of your pick-up point(s) as well as volume of parcels sent. To have an idea, bulk delivery costs around the same what our competitors offers( ~ 100 CZK per parcel). Express delivery of selected parcel within 60 minutes is around double the price of bulk delivery.
Once we take over the package, we send the recipient a text message with estimated time of arrival (right on-the-minute) and a link to live-track the package's movement: thanks to this process we have an unrivaled delivery success rate. For you, that means less trouble with returned goods!
